  1. Energy bars

Some use energy or granola bars as a quick breakfast in the morning, most of them healthy and made of whole grains and oatmeal. But it still contains a lot of added sugar, which makes it a bad choice for anyone trying to lose weight.

Choose energy bars that contain less than 8 g of sugar.

  1. Meat

If you prefer to eat protein in the morning, be careful to eat processed meat such as sausage, smoked meat and others, they are full of sodium and saturated fat. To get your body’s protein needs, eat its plant sources such as beans and lentils.
